Marketing Insights Manager
Permanent, Full-time
We're flexible on hybrid/remote working
Up to £52,000 plus benefits

Marketing generates a huge amount of data. What we're looking for is someone who can turn that information into action.

At MAB, we're building a more insight-led, commercially driven marketing function  to enable smarter decisions, maximise marketing performance and drive sustainable growth.

This is a newly created opportunity with significant visibility across the business. You'll have the chance to shape how marketing performance is measured, build new capabilities and become the go-to expert for marketing insight and decision-making.

You'll combine deep analytical expertise with commercial influence, helping senior leaders understand what is working and what isn't. We don't want to know how many leads we have; we want you to tell us what it means and what we should do next. Your insight will directly influence strategy and investment decisions across the business.

If you're excited by the opportunity to influence strategy, drive growth and build something genuinely impactful, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building forecasting models that predict leads, revenue, completions and marketing ROI.
  • Developing marketing mix and budget allocation models that optimise investment decisions.
  • Analysing customer and adviser journeys to identify opportunities for growth and improved conversion.
  • Measuring marketing effectiveness through attribution, experimentation and incrementality testing.
  • Delivering executive-level insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to separate external influences from marketing performance.
  • Partnering with Finance, Data and Technology teams to ensure trusted reporting and robust measurement.
  • Leading the development of marketing measurement frameworks, governance and tracking standards.
  • Using AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, analysis and decision-making capabilities.

About You

You'll likely have experience in a Marketing Analytics, Marketing Insight, Marketing Effectiveness or Performance Analytics role and be comfortable moving between detailed analysis and strategic business conversations.

We're particularly interested in people who can:

  • Turn complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Influence stakeholders and confidently challenge thinking when needed.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Think commercially, focusing on revenue, ROI and business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities rather than simply report results.

You'll Also Have

  • Strong analytical and modelling capability.
  • Advanced SQL and Python or R skills.
  • Experience building forecasting, budget allocation or marketing mix models.
  • Knowledge of attribution, experimentation and marketing effectiveness measurement.
  • Experience working with GA4, Google Tag Manager and marketing data architecture.
  • Strong dashboard and visualisation experience using Power BI, Looker Studio or similar tools.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and large language models to support analysis and decision-making.

We simply ask that you consider carefully how and where you use AI during your application, so we can hear your own thoughts and meet your authentic self.
